Bad experience with oil change
The same I receive a oil change, drove home and about 3 hours after it . I checked the oil ,it was as dark as it was when I brought it too Rosen to have it changed. Either oil was add or it was replaced with burned oil ...I have never had this problem in the past...The next day I notified the service technician she told me to return to the dealership. I did in talk with a Service manager...We talked in he looked at the oil as well ...He offered a oil change...But , I declined it ....I had been coming to Rosen for oil changes for at least 4 or 5 changes...With know problems....I had always given them credit, because my had purchased a KIA from them . In they had always great service at the KIA dealership...But , I guess things do change...So , I'll find someone else to service my vehicles from now on .....
