New management has real teething problems
When changing snow tires to summer tires on the Sonata Hybrid I bought new from the dealership...as well as the snow tires...it was found one of my summer tires had an unrepairable nail hole in its sidewall...they didn't see this in December when they mounted the snow tires on? In any event, ordered two new tires (for rear axle). Waited an hour on 4/26 for installation and then told tires were not in stock. Called today, tires are in, but young lady now in charge of appointments (don't try to use the web site's system!) says I cannot come in until May 5. !!!!

You know, they may have had some troubles when Dino was the owner, but through 9 vehicles (6 new, 2 leased, 1 used) there has never been a problem we didn't work out, and I always returned for all my service work. I like to think that my family and I have been good customers. I am now embarrassed that I have recommended friends to purchase vehicles here. Clearly "Mr. McGovern," if there really is one, does not care. He had best get his new management squared away or this once excellent dealership that Dino worked so hard to build is going right down the toilet.
