I have my Hyundai now for a little over a year and have brought my car for its oil change to the service department at Hyundai ... I have nothing but extremely nice things to say about everyone I have come into contact there !!! From my sales person Jerry Mederios to Patricia and Mathew !!! I just love everyone !!! Engine troubles
We recently had a problem with the engine of my 2015 Hyundai Apparently this has been a problem with many of those engines. When I spoke to Mike the service manager he promised me he would do everything he could to correct the situation and he did everybody we dealt with was more than helpful including Patricia Washington who was a contact person. I would definitely recommend this dealer to our friends

Customer service improved. Service didn’t.
The gentleman who took care of the check in/out was very personable and professional. Your establishment was apparently having WiFi issues and took the software update twice as long to complete.
I’ve unfortunately dealt with reps who tried to upsell unnecessary services to me. The last issue I had with your establishment was over rusting on my hatch. After several trips and pictures and escalations to Hyundai corporate my claim was first denied and then never followed up on with corporate.

Unfortunately, I am now a believer of the bad reviews I see on various websites.
