Recent BMW service
Great service and staff was pleasant with a quick turn around, after hour pickup was convenient. My one complaint is that after I submitted payment with coupon I was blindsided with an additional charge which in my opinion was not a cool thing to do and created a negative perception, the original balance in my opinion should have been honored if I can be honest. For this reason I could not give the full 5 stars. On whether or not I will go back I am currently undecided.
