Poor Customer Service
I have been using RSW for several years. When I first started working with them, the service and quality of work were excellent. Over time, however, the customer experience has steadily declined.

While the actual repair work has generally been good, communication and updates have been a consistent and serious issue. I previously brought in my Audi Q7 for major body and mechanical repairs, and it was always difficult to get timely updates, accurate information about the status of the vehicle, or returned calls as promised.

The only time progress and clear communication occurred was after I escalated my concerns directly to the manager. Once that happened, things moved forward and were handled appropriately.

Recently, I decided to give RSW another chance with my newer Land Rover Defender, which had just gone out of warranty. I understand that management and staffing can change over time, but unfortunately, the same issues persisted. I was repeatedly promised callbacks and updates that never came, sometimes for days at a time. Had I not stayed on top of the situation myself, my vehicle likely would have remained there for several more weeks, if not months. While I do understand that the holidays can impact timelines, proactive communication goes a long way in bridging those gaps.

Ultimately, I chose to move my vehicle to the dealership to complete the repairs so I could receive the level of service and transparency I expect. Additionally, when I asked for the shop’s hourly labor rate, I was unable to get a clear answer only a vague range which I find unacceptable.

Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that this will be the last time I use this shop.
