Unexpected (and expensive) repairs on my prized possession but this was the place to have it done.
My 2017 Porsche 911 C4S (991.2) needed routine service which I always take to RSW to have performed. During the service an oil leak was found (which if it had been at the dealer I would have been very suspicious of). An expensive and unexpected development but needed to be done and handled well. Unfortunately that was just the beginning of the saga. I was called and told the car was fixed and was being test driven and I could pick it up at the end of the day. NOT SO FAST!!!
During the test drive the 'check engine light' came on and fault codes were thrown. After days of evaluations and tests a faulty oil/air separator was determined to be the culprit. Several days and many thousands of dollars later, I have my baby back. Despite the frustration (and quite honestly angry) with the doubly unexpected and expensive repairs, the team at RSW (led by Jeremy who is fantastic!!) handled the issue professionally and explained clearly every step and tried to put my mind at ease. Even going over with me each part that was replaced. Derrick at the front desk bore the brunt of my frustration and he too handled everything very professionally and well.
Great shop, great team. They took good care of my baby.

It sounds like your Porsche 911 had quite the adventure at RSW, complete with unexpected plot twists that would make a good movie. We're glad to hear that despite the "surprise" repairs, our team managed to keep the drama to a minimum and walk you through the process.
