Technical Service Good, Customer Service Less Than Ideal
I tried calling several times and no one picked up the phone, so I booked my service appointment online. Dropped my vehicle off at scheduled date when they opened. The shop closed at 5PM so I arrived before 5 (4:30) to pick up my vehicle and it was still being worked on even though it was promised. I sat around until after 5:30 and had to take my car without them performing the test drive QC. And I was late for an appointment that I had that evening. If they were going to miss the deadline I should have been informed.
