Sold me a damaged vehicle
I purchased my car, 2019 Hyundai Tuscon Night, in April only to be told in July during a routine oil change, that there was "severe damage" to underneath my vehicle. I was told that "I in fact hit something and the vehicle was not sold to me like that." I did not even have the vehicle 90 days at the time of my oil change. Since then, I have had it looked at by several mechanics and have been told I need a new transmission. A new transmission on a 2019 vehicle. There is NO way the damage could have been done without me knowing.

The Sales Manager, David Flowers, treaded like I did not know what I was talking about and was told that I was lying, and I had to have hit something. David Flowers is extremely condescending to females.

Although the GM was very friendly, he was unwilling to admit that the damage to my vehicle could have been overlooked when being certified. I was satisfied with Nancy and Franklin during the purchase of my vehicle, but I will never recommend this dealership, or any of the Key Auto Group dealerships, to anyone that I know. In fact, I will steer them away from purchasing a vehicle at this location.

I was scammed and it does not make me feel good.
