Friendly environment
Friendly staff and comfortable waiting area. Service took longer than expected and no one came to check in with me. They were busy i totally understand but there wasnt any update given during wait time.

Sansone Hyundai Service Experience
I have purchased two Hyundai vehicles from Sansone Route 1 Hyundai, and have always had my vehicles serviced by them as well. The facilities are clean and modern, making appointments is easy, the hours of service are convenient, and the service staff, Mr. Luis Martins, in my case, are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the Hyundai vehicles. The work is always done right the first time and I never feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need. I will continue to maintain and service my vehicles at Sansone Route 1 Hyundai.

Help please.
Customer service managers need to acknowledge customers and not act as though they are not there. Thank goodness for the shorter female manager or I would have left. She was the only one helping as two others sat looking at their computers.

Need improvment
Im a hyundai fan,so i wont change brand the dealer and service is great, i already owened 3 diffrent hyundais from sanson.But ever time i take one of my cars for tire service or repair the rims comes with scratchs or damage on the outter rim.Either the tec dont have enough knowledge or they just dont care about the faithful hyundai client.Especialy for hyundai fanatic like me .
