Parts are usually cheaper than after market, their work is very reliable and they top priority is to make sure your car gets running and stays running.

"new Porsche battery and installation "
Schneider Autohaus efficiency installed a new premium battery in my 911, checked setting and also did an overall check of the vehicle. Professional, courteous and completed within an hour. A+

5 weeks and 2 k later still ended up having to take to another mechanic if you need something more then basic oil change I recommend elsewhere.

Mr. Rainey, lets stick to the facts. You brought your vehicle into our facility complaining of having to add oil and conerned about oil loss. You were also concerned about the vehicle smoking from the exhaust. We inspected the vehicle and found several oil leaks. We also noticed the vehicle was badly misfiring causing excess fuel to wash the engine cylinders and build up in the oil. We recommended repairing the oil leaks and replacing the failed ignition components causing your misfires. You elected to fix the oil leaks since your aftermarket warranty company approved paying for them. The repairs recommended to correct the misfiring condition were declined by you and you told us you would be performing the repairs yourself. The vehicle was brought back to our facilty after you had said you had performed these repairs and you were complaining that the vehicle was still smoking. The vehicle was still misfiring so we performed several diagnostic tests that we did not charge you for. We found that you had installed the incorrect spark plugs in the vehicle and some were not even torqued properly. One of the ignition coils that you replaced tested faulty also. We performed a compression and leak down test afterwards to verfiy if further damage was done to the engine. The results of those tests showed that the piston rings were not fully opening and sealing due to still having excess fuel wash and fuel diluted oil (due to misfiring). This condition causes excess blow by and in turn smoking from the exhaust. We discussed our findings with you and at that time you elected to take your car. If the repairs that are recommended are not done correctly, professionally and completely then the issue will not be resolved.

"Parts swaps with no diagnostic abilities"
2240 dollars and five weeks later and still the car isn't fixed. I was told if didn't like it I could get my car. This is a shop that swaps parts until they get it correctly. If you need your car fixed, and not just a basic oil change I would go elsewhere.

Very Professional team, reactive and cost in line with the quote they gave us. I will definitely go back there in case I have any other issues. Also, they know very well about European cars, so did not have to drive 2 hours to go to Nashville to my Mini fixed! Great job!
