From the very first contact with sales consultant John Packard, my experience was excellent. He answered all of my questions. He also pointed out some excellent options and was very excellent in every step of the process of purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a vehicle from Simmons-Rockwell.

Have Hyundai fix this issue. Tell your staff to close their mouth and open their ears and allow someone to finish a sentence before trying to cut them off or talk over them

Going over your survey, I see where there was a concern with your transmission.  Your Hyundai is still under warranty so I am puzzled as to why it wasnt fixed?   If the repair diagnosed was for maintenance, maintenance is not a covered under Hyundai Warranty.

I would recommend Simmons Rockwell; however don't go there thinking you are getting the full amount on your trade in. They never give you that and will not lower the price.

They don't answer phone
Tried three days to get a hold of them for appointment called three to four times a day left two messages never got response. Tried the online appointment set up did not work either there was an error and I could not select what I needed done and could go to next step to make appointment. Other then that when you are there they treat you good. They are a little slow with there. Service butthey are busy
