"Service great but...."
The service was great, however the other reason for going to the dealer was to get my mileage verified. I never received the email to claim my mileage credit card. I called Hyundai yesterday and was told they would send me another email and I would get it by 5 pm yesterday. I still have not received an email. Now I have to call again!

They performed recalls I had no idea about, everyone that works there smiles when you walk by them. The guy on Hyundai side of customer service was great

I went in for a recall appointment and had a lovely wait in the lounge while my car was serviced. The work was done quickly, the lounge was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I don't think I could ask for a better experience.

"Clean, comfortable, knowledgeable staff"
Engine code P0300 "Random Misfire" Changed spark plugs $500.00 +...No help. Changed 02 sensor $155.99 some improvement, but the engine still stumbles and skips at slower speeds. Service Manager and mechanic have been very helpful. I used Hyundai Fuel System Cleaner and I am now running it through this tank of fuel, so far after half a tank no difference. Any ideas???

I was relieved that the men working in the service department treated me with respect, and did not demean me because I am an older woman. I might not know a lot about cars, but they do not know a lot about my profession. Mutual respect is practiced at SImmons-Rockwell. Thank you for that!
