Hood wouldn’t latch
Called late in the day they were able to get me right in the next morning. Super helpful quick amazing customer service. Ended up there was nothing wrong with the hood, but they were able to help me out with a different issue after I had added it on once I got there super flexible, helpful and cost-effective.
