Not happy
I have been with Hyundai at least 15 years. Had a bad wreck last year now I am trying to trade my 2014 and this dealer told me I need to trade down from what I have. They wanted me to put my car and 5,000 dollars for a new vehicle and yet they don’t have one on the lot that has the same options that mine does. And the payments only went down $70? Seems like a lot of money to me.

Best Service in Town
The technician is very thorough with the multi point inspection. The Service Advisor is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back for next service. Has a great program going on right now. When you have 5 oil changes done the 6th one is free.
What a great idea.

Reliable
Shortly after they had started performing my regular maintenance, the tech found that my car was short 2-3 lug nuts. When asked if someone else had done any kind of tire work on my car, it was with great relief that was able to say that I only have my car serviced at the dealer from which I purchased it. Not only did they find out how I had come to being short any lug nuts, but were also able to replace them.

Great service
Smart Hyundai has a great service department and I would recommend the dealership. I am a bit disappointed with Hyundai corporate though. The paint on my 2017 Elantra was peeling over BOTH headlights and Hyundai would not cover it in the warranty. At that time my car had about 23000 miles on it. They said they wouldn't pay because it was from a rock ding. A paint job on a brand new car should be able to take a rock ding without peeling. I honestly don't believe it was caused from a rock ding because it was a big spot over BOTH headlights on the hood of the car. I had to purchase touch up paint and fix it myself. Needless to say...it looks horrible.
