Requested roadside assistance through my insurance company State Farm at 3:26 AM was told they were arrive within an hour hour and a half. I have been waiting 4 1/2 hours just for them to tell me over and over there will be arriving at different times here it is 750 and they aren’t supposed to arrive at 8:16 unfortunately after being a paying customer, they have yet to still arrive if I am being marked high priority, why am I not being treated as such?
