"Outstanding Service"
I have been going to Solo Motorsports for about 4 years now. I would never take my car anyplace else. These guys are honest and knowledgeable. They never try and oversell me and are always will to prioritize the work so you can manage the cost of the repairs. I'm retired so I really appreciate them working with me.

Brandon said the service came out perfectly. He stated the vehicle is faster and it feels great, which he loves. After service, the check engine light was still on, after he was told it would be taken care of. Since he lives far away, it is inconvenient for him to drive to the business. Additionally, after the service was done the staff said he needed another part, which cost him even more money and two more hours of driving. He went to pick up the spark plugs and coils from the facility, but they gave him the wrong ones, so he had to drive back to get them fixed again. JJ helped him out a lot by refunding him and giving him the spark plugs for free, because of all the trouble he went through, which he really respects. Although he was slightly frustrated, the staff are all great people who didn't leave him high and dry when he was in need.

"Replaced brake pads and rotors on my RS5"
The quality of work from Solo is superb! These men know their cars in and out. Dropped it off the morning of and one of the techs drove me to work a few miles from the place. Once the job was completed a few hours later, Boris dropped off my car at my job site. Very courteous and professional. Highly, highly recommend this place, especially if you have a highly engineered vehicle (i.e. German).

Matt said he liked the work the business did, and he is happy with the services they provided. However, the increase in performance his vehicle received wasn't quite as high as they predicted, and the cost ended up being about $400 more than quoted. He stated he thinks that with a little more time invested in the initial estimations of the work, it would leave customers better informed. However, the staff did a really good job with the customer service. Everybody was friendly. They all greeted him and made sure he was being taken care of, which he stated he feels is very important for a business.

Amin said the business should communicate better with their customers concerning what repairs they plan to do and what the price will be. This visit to the facility was for a second repair on the same problem, and he is not certain the problem is fixed yet. When he took the vehicle back to them, they told him they would not charge for a diagnostic fee. When he picked it up, they had charged him. He stated he had to prove they said they wouldn't, and that created an uncomfortable experience for him. They did waive the diagnostic fee, after he proved he was right.

Abel said the cashier at the front desk was great. He was a nice guy and helped him out as much as he could. The mechanic left a few things disconnected in his vehicle, however. The exhaust was rattling because it wasn't connected, and there was a cable that switched from reverse, drive, and park next to the transmission. They charged him $450 to do a job he has to complete himself.
