Nice convenience!
After purchasing my new EV last year, I now a vehicle, 2024 Chevy Blazer EV, that according to their 'high' appraisal, has depreciated over $20000. After their free first checkup, I needed a little extra charge before returning home andI used their new supercharger which they said wasn't free. Matter of fact, I pumped only 16 kwh and no receipt showing the cost. Upon arriving home safely I checkedmy credit card for the transaction. $40.00!! At that rate, it would cost me $200 for a full tank on my Chevy Blazer EV. Wonderful car. It was explainef to me that their (Sonju's) position about superchargers is that they are a "convenience". WOW!!! Great convenience! They charge $2.50/kwh where a nearby (Duluth) motel tesla supercharger has a rate of $ .35/ kwh! So, my special dealership in Two Harbors "treats" their customers with a supercharger that cripples the wallet at about 8 times the rate of a place nearby! Lesson learned ---- don't go there! No wonder that no Sonju rep volunteered the cost of the charger --- a great deterrant to purchase ----- anything.
