Usually at 20K miles and 13 months, brakes would be covered under warranty, but the last time you had your brakes replaced it was under warranty. The work that was just done will have a 2 year/24K mile warranty(whichever comes first).
Regarding our hours, we keep our schedule the way we do so our employees can enjoy a healthy work/life balance. As a smaller company, we are also not able to operate with the expanded hours of some larger facilities. We understand that our hours may not work for everyone, and we appreciate the opportunity we've had to serve you.
Responding for correction about brakes and rotors, as I looked at your history incorrectly - the last time they were done it was on the front, this time the rear was done. I looked through your entire history and do not have a record of us performing a replacement of rear brakes and rotors on your Accord so I am not sure how long they have lasted you. The warranty for parts/labor will still be 24month/24K miles(whichever comes first). Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding your repairs. Thanks again!
