Horrible Customer Service If Attempt to Discuss Anything You Are Unhappy About
I just had my 2000 Silverado painted and worked with Jay (owner) and another manger (forgot name) throughout the process. The paint job came out ok for $697. Coverage, color, and shine was good. Note: I did the body work, so any flaws related to that is on me!!!!

After the paint job I pointed out a few things on the finish (very noticeable dirt in the paint , and a little overspray). The manager heard me out and seemed cool. He said I could mention it to the Jay and see what can be done within limits. I approached Jay the next morning, asked him to come look at a few things. After I pointed out the 1 thing, he became very dismissive and blamed it on the body work. I did not have a chance to mention other thoughts before he quickly took off and went back inside. I tried to express the other things I wanted to about the paint job and Jay went on a rant about how the manager don't want to deal with me and how I'm being picky. He stated how he did not want me as a customer and he just wasn't open to hearing anything. Jay was VERY ARGUMENTATIVE, DISMISSIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Not focused on resolution or communicating that that there is none in a sensible manner. I was calm the whole time he ranted on me (but heated inside) and just wanted to know what the options were. All it takes is to have some patience, and to communicate effectively to provide good service.

I had to leave and come back to pick my truck up, as he barely agreed to buff out one of the flaws. When I came back, he apologized for how he acted and for being unprofessional. He said he's been doing it for a while and takes it a little personally sometimes. I said nothing but "I'm just here to pickup my truck", and he said "I understand."

I do not recommend this company, and plan to just pay more next time. The paint job could be much better if they control the dirt that gets into it (nothing to do with my body work), because the finish is good . My door handle trim that they painted off the car feels like sand paper from all the dirt in it, they must paint outside. I have seen better quaility from them and, there were many other cars there at the time (maybe the timing was bad and I picked the wrong day)

THE EXPERIENCE WILL BE GOOD UNTIL IT'S NOT - MANAGEMENT UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
