I took 2 cars back to back for minor body damage. Both cars took longer than estimated and had things wrong that were not wrong when I dropped them off. I live in area and was told to drop off Monday before 9:00 a.m. I found the car sitting in the lot Tuesday evening after close with the lights on. When I stopped to investigate why I found the car unlocked and the keys in the ignition. I took the keys home with me and returned them the next morning. They said the mechanic moved the car to parking lot to work on another car but I saw several empty spots inside so that did not seem logical. I was tempted to drive it home and keep it too see if they would notice but I had a feeling they would not. I against my better judgment, let them finish the work and I wish I had not since the inside compartment door came back broken and the gas door still did not work properly. I would be too afraid to take it back to have them fix these problems because I would live the nightmare all over again, with the same results and possibly more problems. I will never drive into their parking lot again
