Fast convenient service
I started to use Stamford Hyundai service because I work in Stamford making the location super convenient and the fact that they are open late on Tuesday and Thursday makes it even better. They are quick and helpful. If you sign up for emails, there are service deals that are also well worth using. You also get a voucher for a car wash right next door.

Honestly don't know if I could trust them anymore. Really lacks communication with staff to staff as well as staff to customer.

It's certainly a shame that your car broke down the way it did. Unfortunately we can not predict it when a Sonata engine is going to fail. Those questions should be asked of the manufacturer. We sent a tow for you when Hyundai declined to pick up your car and paid them out of pocket ($500.00 tow bill) because you are a valued customer here. A loaner was provided when one was available and the repairs were done ASAP when the parts came in. All at no charge to you. The under cover that was not installed was in your trunk so we did not see it and for that we apologize.

Excellent Service Department
I have had a number of routine services performed here. All of them were done in a timely manner, and everything involved was clearly communicated. Most recently, I was subject to the dreaded seizing engine on my 2013 Sonata. The staff here handled everything rapidly, got me in a loaner, and got my car repaired in 2 weeks. I know of others who used other dealerships and had not yet gotten so far as an approval at the 2 week mark. While I can't speak for the sales department, I would recommend the service department to anyone.
