Professional, courteous, efficient, and quality work
New brake pads, rotors resurfaced, and fluid flushed/refilled on our 2013 Genesis at 65,000 miles (first brake service). Can't praise the experience more highly. We appreciate that only Hyundai OEM parts were used. Pricing was competitive. As always with Stamford Hyundai, we were treated with a "customer first" attitude. We especially want to give a shout out to Dan, our service adviser, who really went all out to make this a positive experience.

Misdiagnosed issue in an older car.
It's an older car, I wouldn't have bothered with any repairs if they told me the cost to fix my issue. Repairs made didn't fix the issue and their second diagnosis was more than the car is worth to me so I wasted $700.

Yes we did err in diagnosing your car because it was much more extensive than first thought. However we did offer a refund of the repairs towards the extra work the car needed to repair the noise in the suspension.
