I am shocked at the lack of regard for customer service. A car gets fixed and wait weeks to get "fixed".......total cost over $2,000. Less than a month, same issues. It has been there over 3 weeks and I call multiple times for the same response. "We are busy" "we are short staffed"
How can they "fix" something and have the same issue? How come they don't follow up with calls, advising progress? How can it take almost 4 weeks and still not even looked at?.......when the manager said last week, it was next and he was personally getting Involved?
Today, same responses...exact same. "Busy" "short staffed" "it is next to be serviced"
