Called prior to make a reservation for my rear brakes.
Appointment was for rear brakes. I’ve been coming for over 10 years and so far I have no complaints from the front desk to the mechanic to pricing. I’ve always been able to communicate with all of the staff members no matter what the situation is and they give their suggestions as well as listen to mine. And if things are not what it appears to be what they thought, they don’t give up.
