I was a loyal customer for over 20 years. In all fairness, the body work is great. But the mechanical work is not good. I had to go 4 times back and forth to get the work done. It took a long 6 mo for a minor to moderate damage. The issue I have is that during electronic reset, the technician made a mistake and reset the entire ECU which deleted the tune. I had to pay out of pocket to retune my car. They are not taking responsibility for their wrong doing.
The management is awful, nobody cares. I'll not go back. I am sure for that price range there are other good alternatives.
