Awful
I was over double my estimated quote. They never called and communicated to me anything about how long. I had to call multiple times leaving voicemails without getting calls back. They wanted to hold my car until my insurance paid more and they had the payment in hand but again didn’t call and tell me that I had to call multiple times to find that out. When I went to pick up the car the lady at the front desk was cursing and showing how miserable she was working there complaining about other staff
