"value, honesty and service"
I am coming back to fix my tires and rotate tires. also when oil change was done the radio needs to be fixed out of enter code mode. It is not working.

"So disappointed :-("
They took my car Monday around noon, said I would receive a call, I called back on Tuesday they provided update. Nothing more Tuesday, Wednesday WE CALLED again, went there, finally got resolved, only to receive a $292 bill, asks to receive some form of credit or for poor service and communication. Was told it would be ran by the owner, it is now Friday and still no call no reply, no credit. This is truly disheartening, because I started tell all my friends and family about their great support and Service in August, what happened between then and now, truly disappointed.

we did call you monday night  
and then we talked to your husband tuesday  
the part finally showed up wendsday at 8:30 i got right on iut and had it ready by 9:30ish and called youy as soon as it was done . what type of credit did you want ?  for what do i credit i order the part told you mon and tuesday we could put it back together so you could drive it till the part got here .your husbands the one who said keep it here he didnt want you driving it without a/c  
as far as service i worked on my self and i thought i did a good job.
as far as commication i heard rick call you and i believe jasper was the other name we talked several times  . im sorry your unhappy but please tell me what is the credit for ? my phone is 941-722-4367  my name is bill white i will be available for you anytime
