At the first contact with sales rep HE didn't make me feel like he would want to even try what I asked of him and that was to have my transmission serviced .new fluid etc. He kept saying I needed new transmission but I hadn't had one problem ever .no slipping etc. I just wanted the fluid changed.He said it could make it worse or better.there was no worse to begin with. He changed my fluids etc. I received an estimate the day before on the phone with a Victor at 236.00$ .when I picked up car it was 258.00$ that's all im saying
