"The full support by the owner and staff"
I was recommended by a friend after getting ripped off by so many other auto service shops. When I pulled into the shop the I saw so many cars being worked on by a large staff. The owner gave me full attention and support. At the end of the day he found and fix the electrical problem I had with my car with out replacing one sensor. Every other service shop had my car for days without fixing the problem and hundreds of dollars.
Now I recommend superior Webster master mechanic. Remember you get what you pay for.

Luis said when he came in to this business the collision part of the facility was way over capacity in terms of the amount of vehicles they were supposed to have. It was probably a fire hazard and it was overcrowded so it made him nervous. They did not tell him up front that they were going to charge him $70 just to run a diagnostic on his vehicle, so he took it somewhere else to have the work done. They should communicate with the customer up front as far as pricing, so it's not a surprise. However, they were on point so he would still recommend them for service and he would definitely go back.
