"I'm in love..."
After a very successful first date with Susquehanna Auto (repair work on my late model VW R), I arranged for a follow up date for my high-mileage Expedition.
30,000 miles ago the Ford dealer tried to determine the cause of the 4 wheel drive system not working, along with several other systems (so many warning lights the dashboard glowed like a lit up Christmas tree)
The dealer basically threw up their hands and suggested I buy a new truck.

At the time, the truck had 260,000 miles on it and so, with such a large number of issues, it became a work/utility vehicle. But this Expedition wouldn't die. I decided I would let the mechanics at Susquehanna take a crack at solving the mystery.

I was expecting the dreaded call from them telling me the repair quote would be several thousand dollars, if in fact they could even figure out what the problem(s) was.

Instead, they called me the day after I dropped the truck off...not only had they determined the cause but had fixed it already...turns out the only issue was a broken wire feeding power to one of the components...and because of that the other related items were effected as well.

I have my beloved Expedition (with 293,000 miles) back as my main vehicle...with fully functioning 4 wheel drive, abs brakes, and for the first time in years...no dashboard warning lights.

I am grateful to the team at Susquehanna Auto for their expertise in diagnosing and repairing what the dealer couldn't!

"Great experience "
As a person from outside of the area, I am delighted to have found Susquehanna Auto to service my car.

Not only were the requested extensive service items repaired properly, they were done at the quoted price and on time.

And when I picked up the car, they explained they also replaced several light bulbs which they noticed had burned out. That was a pleasant surprise!

Friendly, thorough and expert.
