Thank you for your business Kate and I apologize to hear that this is your experience. Unfortunately your vehicle has been challenging from the get go but we have remained committed to helping you with it. Originally you needed a NY Inspection, and the vehicle arrived with a check engine light with two completely different systems needing work to pass. It also needed mechanical repairs to pass the safety portion of inspection. We prioritized those repairs, and did what was needed to pass inspection.
While the vehicle did come back once with a problem pertaining to the work, I do feel we did right in correcting it and out of courtesy drove your vehicle to clear monitors, inspecting it the same day. (To keep you from having to make another trip) It was noted that there were other issues with the car that were not yet needed if inspection was the priority. Your third visit involved a different running issue for something else entirely, and a brake noise from a rear caliper that went bad. I did not charge to diagnose that problem and while I feel bad for the timing of these issues, they were not a result of bad workmanship.
