I’ve spent over 2,000 in the last 2 months. The first time they didn’t tighten the screws when I had my timing belt replaced. Then I had to put gas in the rental car and wasn’t reimbursed for it When I said something to the manager he just ignored me. That’s not how you treat customers! Now I just had work done on Friday and my engine light is on again and they charged me twice for “Diagnose Check Engine Light” I will NEVER take my car back to them again. I’m a woman and I feel like they’re taking advantage of that. I don’t even know if they even fixed my issue since my light is on again.
