I interviewed with this company in the Spring of 2022 for a marketing position- after two interviews, I declined to meet their managing partner, Ricky Tejapaibul at a bar on a Saturday night for a third interview, feeling uncomfortable about the situation and the company's reputation.
When I declined the third interview, he personally blew me up through email and voicemail, and I repeatedly told him I had accepted another offer and would not be able to meet with him.
Despite my declining to meet with him for that third interview and rejecting whatever offer he was hinting at, he took the liberty to reach out to my current employer the next day and pass along the information that I had taken another job, costing me my current job.
I had no prior contact with TW or Ricky, yet after two interviews they felt that I owed it to them to accept their offer, or else. Extremely unprofessional and not the actions of a managing partner or firm with integrity.

An investors nightmare
I'm tired of tech wildcatters and its management. Reports are late or never show up. What they do send causes my CPA problems. They must not check their email often or care enough to respond. Management keeps saying everything is great, but from an investors perspective, they are not great at all. More like a nightmare. They keep saying there are exits, but where is the money? Investors aren't getting it. All they seem to be able to do is send out silly newsletters that are really just fake news. I guess that's why the CEO has not been able to raise any funds in 3 years. No one trusts him.
The other reviewers here are correct. For the past 6 months, even though Tech Wildcatters has posted on their website and on blogs that the company is under new management, it is not. Its still the exact same CEO Ricky Tejapaibul. When I heard everything was better, new vision, new management, I was very excited. But when I checked, even that was fake news. In my day, we called that a lie and the person that said it a liar. But in any case, its the same management and CEO. No change at all.

Great Experience
I just graduated from Tech Wildcatters' Fall 2019 Cohort. The introductions, expertise, and support we received in the program were priceless. I'd highly recommend this startup accelerator to any founder who is looking to take their business to the next level and be well prepared for future investment rounds. Big thanks to the whole TW team and the 100+ mentors in the program. It's been great having them as a partner and investor and I look forward to growing with them.

Great Experience
I have had such an amazing experience with Tech Wildcatters. I know for a fact that TW passed the internal audit. There are so very interesting claims on this review site. However, we are so excited to have our new class of startups in a few weeks!

Great New Management and Vision
I've been working with Tech Wildcatters for almost a year now. While when I came in, there was a lot to work on we've come a LONG way in a year. I credit this to Ricky's new vision for the company.

Bad advice
One of the worst decisions of my life...
They just about ruined my company. I've had nothing but problems with Texas Securities Board, Texas Comptroller, and Delaware Dept of Justice thanks to the advice and work of mentors and employees at Tech Wildcatters. This includes their mentors that are lawyers and CPAs. They have cost me tens of thousands in legal fees and penalties.
Don't even get me started on what its done to my investors and potential investors. Tech Wildcatters, Ricky T, J Vittorio Law Firm, MM Solar Advisory, and D Jarvie have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They should not be mentoring or working with any startups. Their reputation amongst investors in and outside of Texas is embarrassing and horrid. They are like kryptonite to real investors.

Bad service
They claim they are a highly ranked accelerator and business, but that was not my experience. They don't have any mentors, employees or investors. There is like 1 person working there. My advisor and I couldn't believe how badly they lied about their capabilities. Then we found the hundreds of bad reviews online and it looks like they are getting shutdown.
