I kept getting the run around treatment! Just go on and tell me you are going to let my vehicle set on the lot for almost two weeks before you NEVER look at it! I always had to be the one to call and communicate to only find out it was still just sitting there. I work and need a timeline of when things will be repaired...didn't even ask why I wanted my keys back to take it somewhere else because honestly the owner sitting right there...didn't give a damn!
