WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I visited the location and was told all fluids were topped off and everything was good to go. Three days later my car started acting weird. My husband proceeded to check my fluids and the transmission fluid was bone dry. I brought it to the dealership to find out the trans valve was blown and this is normally due to low fluid. I called and spoke to the manager Joe at this location requesting a refund due to fluids not being topped off. I was told I would get a call back within two days he had to ccheck that the transmission dip stick waS excessable on my specific vehicle. I told him yes it was I just seen how there was no fluid. I was not contacted! After 2 1/2 weeks I called and was asked the same question regarding the dip stick like he didn't care or undermined the fact that I was a women. Then had to do the same run around with two managers above him Alan and His boss witch ultimately blamed the problem on me without even check wIth the location manager.
DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS PLACE!! LIARS, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK, DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, A SAD EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!!
