Most recently, I became stuck in Rapid City when the starter went out on one of my vehicles. 90 plus degrees out and my dog was with me. After calling for a tow truck, I contacted Brent to inform him of my problem. by the time the vehicle arrived at the shop, they had a new starter sitting on the counter. Brent stopped what he was doing, installed the starter, and had me back on the road with my pooch in under an hour. I honestly cannot express my gratitude enough for his consideration to the problem.
