Spoke with Joan. She said they've always been good to her, but this last time she had some problems. She had to buy 4 new tires in order to pass an inspection and she had to come back 3 times because one of them was not good, she's still having issues with it. After paying $1,000 for the tires, she wouldn't expect to have issues with them. They've been very good to her overall and she really feels they are sincere and honest, she feels very confident with their honesty.
