Hit a pothole recently and needed to replace all four (4) tires (if you're reading this and don't know enough about brand new tire changes - it's required depending on tread of old tires with Subarus - I could have taken a chance on just replacing the damaged tire, but it could have caused transmission issues later on which would have cost at minimum eight (8) times the cost of the tires I purchased plus the labor cost which was less than a grand). Since I know which Barre pothole was the culprit - I'll avoid driving that way as much as possible!
I was given a quote for the tires as well as the cost of labor prior to the work being completed. Knowing the labor cost along with the tire cost was extremely helpful in my case.
I, unfortunately, only know the names of two (2) people from The Source - Gabe and Noelle, both of whom have been great every time I've gone in (when purchased car, secondary key pickup, and for the tires). I have had limited interactions with others - but they've been extremely friendly with our very brief interactions every single time.
If I ever have to purchase another car in the future - this is where I will go again (first car, but I'll only purchase pre-owned Subarus).
