Amazing Service
The people at Thomas treated me with respect and gave accurate estimate time duration since I didn't set up an appointment. Even though they are remodeling the site was kept clean and getting around was just like it was before it began. Pricing was very reasonable and will definitely recommend to anyone who will listen.

They always provide great service. They will call prior to any major work they find that needs completed or items that need replaced. When you pick up your vehicle, any old dirty filters will be shown to you so you know just how dirty they were prior to being replaced.

Uncharacteristically incomplete
I brought my car in to have a tire pressure indicator corrected. Although the technician assured me that it was corrected, it’s still Indicates a problem. Additionally parts were not available for the repair of the drivers airbag signal light on the dashboard, necessitating a second visit to conclude the repair

Warranty work done quickly
We were planning to leave home for a holiday visit with family when the car showed a check engine light. Called the dealership and they had me right in to check the problem.I was assured that the repair could wait until our return. Scheduled a service appointment at the same time. On our return home the car was brought to the dealer where the necessary work was done within one hours time. It was as simple as that.
