"Friendly and efficient service."
It would be nice if you had someone who could taxi customers to and from dealership while car is being serviced. I work at Allegany College and had to make arrangements with people to get me to and from work while car was at dealership. Otherwise, I am VERY satisfied with my service.

"Restoring the vehicle"
After experiencing a minor accident which disabled our vehicle, it took several weeks to restore it back to its original state, apparently the parts were not immediately available resulting in delayed repair.

I just got an oil change and tire rotation. I went through the Express Lane, which means I did NOT have an appointment. In spite of that, I was only there for 40 minutes, from beginning to end! I was delighted!
