Professional and transparent
The dealership was very easy to work with and the process was quite simple. Since I was traveling to get the car, they picked me up at the airport (2+ hours away). The paperwork is all done in advance and they had the car fully detailed, gassed up and waiting for me. It was an extremely positive experience.
