He didn't fix our car. And we are happy about it!
The title may sound strange, but we would like to thank Tim Storms for NOT fixing my husband's Lexus convertible. He was having trouble with the hard top. Took it in, left it for a few hours. Ron called and said they had checked it all over, and it's working fine. And it is. Who knows what happened, but can you imagine what some less reputable people could have done? "We fixed it Sir. That'll be $160!" Nope. They didn't charge us a dime, and we would have never known the difference. My husband's first comment was "Wow!" I trust them! They could have so easily cheated us and they didn't! Thanks Tim! Cheyrl and Larry Burleson
