"CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!"
THE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME. THEY PICK UP MY VEHICLE FROM WORK, CHANGE MY OIL, WASH MY CAR AND CLEAN OUT THE INSIDE FRONT. THEN THEY DELIVER IT BACK TO ME. WHEN I GO TO GET IN MY CAR AFTER A HARD DAYS WORK, I JUST SMILE AND ENJOY THE AWESOME SMELL AND MY CLEAN CAR. THESE PEOPLE MAKE MY DAY!! ALSO, THEY LEFT ME A CAN OF DEICER WHICH WAS SO VERY THOUGHTFUL!! I SURE DO APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THEY DO AND FOR A GREAT PRICE!!!

"Very very very unhappy"
Have had my car there 3 times. 1st time radiator hose burst off and it was towed. Radiator was leaking so took it in again so we had your staff look at it Tuesday. Running hot ,light coming on. Staff said need a new radiator. Next day said it was done and they said it was running great. It had been leaking when idling. They said they let it idol and no problems. My son drives it and picked it up. No problem on the way home (20 miles). Then light came back on. Called and took it back Wednesday. They said bad o ring. Should not be a problem now. Went to go to work and light came on. Tried to take the radiator cap off and the top came off but bottom part stayed screwed in! Now can't even put fluid in!! Unhappy is an understatement. About $1000 paid to you on a car worth $2000 and still not fixed? Even worse can't get antifreeze in the NEW $682 radiator.

Linda I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied... 7 months ago (4,690 miles) we put an upper radiator hose on your vehicle and had no coolant problems until recently. The radiator had a crack in it, we replaced the radiator test drove and had no issues. When you came back in 7 days later (225 miles) after the radiator replacement we found a cracked o-ring that we replaced. We filled to the proper level and used the BMW service guidelines for filling the coolant system to the proper level and at this time we had no issues. The radiator cap does not go into the new radiator ($206.45 you paid for), it goes into the coolant recovery tank that was not replaced... The vehicle is 18 years old and it is hard to foresee every issue that is going to occur. I'm sorry that you have had this much trouble.

"Taking care of me!"
Tom Finch auto is the best place for me to take my car. They keep track of when I need oil changes and other general maintenance. If my car needs to be there for a period of time, they give me a loaner vehicle to use. AND....when I leave....my car is washed and looks GREAT!!

"Wrong diagnosis"
Tom finch diagnosed a loud noise coming from the rear end as a transmission or transfer case problem and said it would be 3 to $4,000. They said they would have to tear it all apart to find the problem and then fix it. I paid them a diagnostic fee and then I took it to the dealership who diagnosed it as a rear wheel bearing total cost $600. They replaced the wheel bearing and the noise was gone. I had even told Tom Finch when I took it in that it might be a bad wheel bearing. I figured they would be cheaper than a dealership.

I apologize for the situation. We brought your vehicle in to the shop and we raised it on a rack with an assistant in the vehicle and an assistant underneath and ran the vehicle while lifted in the air, we listened with a stethoscope to all of the components in the drive line - wheel bearings, axles, transmission, and transfer case. It seemed clear to us at the time that it was not a wheel bearing issue because they were quiet while there was a loud noise coming from in between the transmission and transfer case. To further support our diagnosis or shall I say what direction we wanted to go in, we removed the transmission pan and found some metal debris and dark fluid... What we wanted to do was disengage the transfer case from the transmission and then re-listen for the noise to determine if it was the transmission or transfer case. I can assure you we would not have charged you $3 to $4,000 and misdiagnosed your vehicle. You would not have been held accountable if we were to make a mistake.
