"INCOMPETENT - OVERPRICED"
INCOMPETENT/OVERPRICED for 2008 technology or newer. Asked/paid $800+ to diagnose an issue on a Cadillac and they couldn't figure it out even after a month. Took the vehicle to the Chevrolet dealer and they found the issue in 30 minutes. I wish I would never took my vehicle there. They got the interior dirty by taking technicians for ride-along to the local fast food places to diagnose and get second opinion regarding the "intermittent" issue. Wasted $800 and got nothing. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY to save time and money! Their labor is the same as the Chevrolet dealers btw, but their knowledge/experience is far behind. They are in business for Blah-Blah-Blah... and they might be able to fix carburetors but nothing more modern. Again, the Chevy dealer fixed the issue in less than 1 hour, where TRI-ACTION AUTO couldn't even diagnose it in 1 month and $800 (eight hundred) later!!!!

"Stay AWAY! Can't diagnose something what the dealer does in 30 minutes after over a month"
Just do yourself a favor and stay away. They kept my vehicle for over a month and they ranked up a bill of $820+ for diagnostics for something what they couldn't figure out! They messed up my tan interior while they took my vehicle to eat lunch with. The dealer down the road diagnosed it in 30 mins and repaired it. I have wasted time and money at this shop!

"Great Place to Go"
Very professional, Very Fast, Almost what they had quoted me but what they don't know until they take a look at it (it was no big deal). Definitely will go back.

"Front brake job"
The first time I came in, I was told that I still had enough on the brakes to drive for 3000 more miles. I thought this was very honest. When I came back, everything was done very smoothly. I was called with an estimate and given choices. The job was done in a timely manner. I was satisfied.
