Larry said he brought his vehicle to this business on Friday to find out why his battery kept dying. They told him they would charge him $118 to go through and find the problem. They didn't have time and he had to bring his vehicle back the next morning. They said they would get right on it, and after 2 hours his vehicle did go into their facility. He called them and they said they were working on it and would call him back in about 30 minutes. They never called him, so he went back around 2:30-3PM and they told him nothing was wrong with his vehicle. The technician did not know how to work the meter and he ended up having to leave his vehicle over the weekend. He had to leave work early to pick up his vehicle. They told him they found the problem in the glove box light but couldn't take out the bulb, so they unplugged it. He wasn't happy at all with the service. He knew the problem was not the glove box because he checked it. He shouldn't have had to leave his vehicle at their facility over the weekend to have the issue fixed. They told him if the battery died again, they would go to his house and jump it for him. They should have fixed the problem in the first place. He stated he does not believe they fixed what they said they fixed, and the technicians need to be trained on all the equipment they will be using, since they didn't know how to work the meter.

Andre said the diagnostic wasn't clear as to what the exact problem was. The mechanic called and told him he thought the problem was with the transfer pump, which he would have to replace, before he could find out if there was a problem with the injector pump. It would have cost $430 to replace the transfer pump. Andre stated the way they did the diagnostic made him uncomfortable. He could tell the emergency brake was on while the mechanic took the vehicle into the bay, because it was bouncing up an down. He decided not to have them do the work. His issue is that they want to charge him $106 for the experience.
