Fuel system service, TPMS valve service
Thought I needed to have the TPMS sensor replaced, they were able to just recalibrate it, saving me $200 overall on my bill.

Inspection and diagnosis you can trust
I had an experience at a tire shop where they had to jump start my vehicle to get it out of the bay. I took it to TCB for a check-up. Everything checked out to be healthy. The service was free and they quick charged my battery as well. I need to drive it more to keep it lubed and charged in this cold weather. Thanks TCB.

Always courteous, friendly, professional employees
I have always been treated well, when I visit Tri-Cities Battery.
They are consistent, efficient, and they try very hard to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Challenger heat issue

Dishonest
Took vehicle in for a service but recieved a call hours after drop off to inform me service could not be done due to needing many parts replaced. Majority of reccomended parts were just recently replaced by a highly reputable facility and had been for inspection 2 days prior in which none of these issues were brought up. Very peculiar if yoy ask me. Wont be returning to do buisness in the future and will definitely not reccomend anyone else do the same.
