Shane Deason always takes care of you and makes sure you are satisfied. Ed, Dana, Connie give u all the information u need and help u set up the rental. The girls upfront are always a big help also.Great place to go, I will always recommend!!

"Great service."
I was due for an oil change & tire rotation, & immediately when I arrived there was someone helping me. I expressed my concerns about how long it would take & asked if it was possible to get out by a certain time, & I was pulling out of the service department 20 minuets earlier than expected. They did a very nice job.

"Dead car"
2 1/2 year old car, would not start late in day, could not be jumped. Called 800 number, car picked up in a half hour, new battery provided by early morning. No fuss. Very easy.

"Friendly and knowledge service advisors!"
I presented because my battery had to be jumped started. I left work once it was started and headed to Tuscaloosa Hyundai. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Steven to whom I explained what happened. He stated, no problem. Please have a sit in the waiting room and we will take care of it. I was updated about the problem and my vehicle was in and out in less than an hour! I headed back to work!

I have always hated getting my car serviced at other dealerships. This was my first experience with Tuscaloosa Hyundai and it was not only quick, but quite enjoyable. The waiting area was nice. I got to watch t.v. and just relax. I no longer dread getting my car serviced.

"Promptness and detailed information are very nice"
Getting in and having my car serviced at my convenience is wonderful. They kept me updated on what all they were finding that needed to be repaired/replaced. I didn't feel pressured to have anything extra done but felt that for the value, it was best for me to have more than I planned done.
