thought of everything to accommodate

Great service
Great service and people! I drive almost an hour to get my service done here. Only problem I had was apparently the wrong size wiper blade was put on to replace my old one. I didn’t notice until it rained and I needed to use it.

New tire purchase
I brought my car in for an oil change and I purchased a new set of tires and had them installed at Tuscaloosa Hyundai on my last visit. I was in and out in just under an hour. Everything was fine except for the tire balance. I could feel some vibration at highway speed. I brought my vehicle back a few days later and they corrected the problem by rebalancing the tires. Now everything is o.k.

Quick, efficient, and helpful!
I showed up for a quick oil change about 40 minutes before the oil changers were to leave for the day. They fit me right in and did a fantastic professional job. They supply coffee and a comfy place to wait. Love this service center and will always give them my business!
