This was the first time I have had anything done at the Hyundai dealership. I had my oil changed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the coffee while I waited!

Excellent service that was right on the money!
I called the service department the day before when 3 brake lights appeared at the same time. They told me to bring the care in at 7 am the next morning. I did so. The problem was able to be fixed under warranty. They fixed a recall on the hood latch and a tail light. I also had them rotate the tires, do an oil change and do an alignment. Everything they repaired was shared with me to get my go ahead before proceeding. I was taken care of by a really nice customer service professional. I had about a 2 hour wait, but the waiting area is clean, roomy, and has a Keurig. So it was not a problem. Some of my issues were small potatoes, but the brake lights had to be seen about. I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Tuscaloosa Hyundai's Service Dept.

very clean and efficient
I had a running light out that I noticed a few weeks prior to my regular service maintenance and I figured it would be checked and changed when I went in. They evidently don't check all lights for regular maintenance as I noticed earlier this week that it didn't get changed - it is still out. So I have to go back to get it changed.

From the check in to leaving!!! My service was legendary and beyond. I came to get my alarm on my car reset and even got offered a free car wash and they went Beyond to put some much needed air in my tires free of charge!!!
