Great Customer Service
The service adviser took us in immediately on a cold rainy day. Coffee and hot tea were adviser provided during our wait for scheduled service. Our Santa Fe was ready when the service adviser stated that it would be.

It is a pleasure doing business with this kind of customer service. We will return.

The Absolute Best Service Team!
I truly enjoy the service team at Tuscaloosa Hyundai! They are warm, welcoming, and believe in the work they do. I stopped by one morning for a more detailed explanation of something done to my car. They took the time to explain the what and why. I really appreciate that they aren't just there to get money. They enjoy what they do and it shows in the high level of service they deliver.

Friendly, thorough, punctual
Major work after buying a new set of tires. We planned a strut replacement and alignment following purchase of new tires. The service guys worked with us since we were on a specific schedule around some upcoming surgery. They made sure work was done and ready for us. We left our car, went home and they called when our vehicle was ready for pick up. I love the new service of a quick car wash before picking up the car.

This is the first Hyundai I've ever had and am exceptionally pleased with the Service Dept. They're always very pleasant and explain everything to me in detail. The service time is usually right on target and they are very knowledgeable and expedient in providing fantastic customer service. Might just have to stick with Hyundai!!!
