Unsafe repairs and dishonest - but recommended by Mercury??
Why would Mercury Insurance tecommend this place? I am now left helpless because I listened to their recommendation. The autobody shop in Tustin Body Works in Tustin, CA returned my damaged vehicle without verifying it to be safe for the road. Multiple employeed lied about having measurements on the vehicles frame completed, but when asked to provide the results, they would not do so.
Somehow this place is recommended by Mercury Insurance. Employees are rude, don't return calls and are dishonest.
My vehicle is now not safe to drive, unrepaired, and because of their lies, is not covered by insurance.
