The dealership (Genesis of Irvine) did an excellent job during the sales and delivery process.
The sales person we dealt with (Chi Lim) was very professional and courteous. He spent a good deal of time explaining the many technological aspects of the vehicle. My wife and I could sense he was genuinely interested in helping us navigate the process to us driving off their lot.
