Paher brought his vehicle in to find out why his a/c wasn't working. After inspecting the system and finding a leak in the lines that go to the rear a/c, he was given an estimate and declined repairs. Paher was offered a ride home when he brought his vehicle in and he declined that and asked how long it would take. I told him it would be about an hour or so depending on how hard it is to find the leak. The lines are from the dealer, which is why the price is so high. We don't do half-ass work, we do it right, and unfortunately, right costs more than half-ass.Jim Clark
Roger Roger Roger... You brought your vehicle in asking us to replace the fuel pump. We spent over an hour to PROPERLY diagnose your vehicle and found it to be a fuel pump relay. You were given the option of replacing the relay or swapping it with the one for the horn. You said you didn't want to pay for the new relay and to just leave the horn relay in place of the fuel pump relay. If we would have replace your fuel pump as you wanted, you would have spent more than $300.00 and your vehicle would still not run.
We did a GREAT service for you and this is the thanks we get. I', glad you won't be returning to us in the future. You are not our kind of customer.
Thanks Dan!Jim Clark
