Lied about me needing repairs and then stole my car parts
I scheduled my car to be serviced two weeks out from drop off. Dropped the car off on March 25th for a Match 26th appointment. I didn't get a call from the dealership until April 2, which was to inform me that I needed repairs with parts totaling slightly over $1400. They said parts would take a week to come in so I opted to purchase the parts myself to see if I could get them sooner. I dropped the parts off on April 11th (which wasn't documented) and I didn't hear anything again until April 23rd and the car still wasn't done yet. I was later told my car didn't need repairs at all but they lost/stole my parts that I delivered. This still has not been resolved as of May 9. I've reached out to corporate who said the Dealership Manager would call and that never happened. I've also reached out to the General Manager by email and I haven't heard anything back yet. Although, they told me I could pick up my car and pay for services because it was finally completed but didn't have any resolution for my stolen parts that I NEVER needed. They have been wasting my time for 33 business days and the only person inconvenienced is me and I still have to pay for the service... What a rip off. Just give me my property back!!!

Don't agree to any repairs until you see pictures first. Don't drop off any parts unless you take pictures of the parts once they are delivered and take a photo of the person you give the parts to. Or maybe just don't go there at all... they have an F rating with the BBB so this can't be the first time they messed up

I only requested that my Recall Service be completed, state inspection, 4-wheel Alignment, 2-Tire mount and balance which should have taken one week at most. But because they falsely stated that I needed repairs here we are 35 business days later. I contacted the General Manager- Spencer Edwards on May 8, 2025 again no contact.
