Great Service
I always call to get a service appointment, sometimes, the service rep will tell you to bring vehicle in, they are available to service your vehicle now. Other times they will give you a service appointment. You drive up to the service bay, park your car and go in the office, you get checked in, to a small but comfortable waiting room with coffee and snacks. Then the free shuttle service will come by and ask if you want a ride home. That's in my opinion a excellent start to great service.
