"Great customer service "
great place to get your vehicle serviced I have had anywhere from major repairs to simple oil changes and have always been treated with great respect and courtesy. I have never had an issue with any of the work done.

"Friendly, fast service."
Anytime I bring my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation the ladies up front are courteous and the service technicians are good about getting me through in no time flat.

"not nice to my son or daughter in law - not helpful"
my son and daughter in law are young with 1 year old twin babies and are on a very limited budget and brought you their car because we thought you were a small hometown company that would help them out. NOPE $1,000 later which was all the $ they had and the car is still not repaired - SHAME ON YOU! After being without a vehicle for weeks - they get the $ and pay you and the same problem exist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Karma's going to get you. You are not being recommended and I am posting to facebook right now. you should not rip people off especially when they are kind and living paycheck to paycheck!

I am sorry you feel this way. We gave you the option of a sure fix of about $3,500(a complete transmission) or what we hoped would fix your problem for $900.00(just replacing the module). You chose the cheaper option. Unfortunatley for us the weather(ice and snow which meant no part deliveries) prohibited us from getting the part in when we expected it and put us behind. The module did not fix your problem(which we told you there was a chance it would not work). So instead of telling you your option was just to replace the transmission our tech worked to find a another option knowing that money was an issue. We then told you the car would need a PCM. The PCM did fix your problem. We then tried to be as fair with you as possible. We did not charge you any labor to install or program the PCM. Even with both tickets you were still about $2,000 cheaper than the first option we gave you(which would have fixed it the first time).Β
